A franchisee can be any person or commercial law company, with or without experience in management, able to work remotely or not. Medshop.One franchise is granted in principle for the period of 10 years time and does not contain any guarantees against the continuation of the franchise, ie. Does not grant the franchisee a claim for extension of the franchise agreement or to conclude a new contract after the expiry of the current. Medshop.One helps its franchisee in running the project, but the franchisee being an independent entrepreneur, is personally responsible for the performance of both the franchise agreement and any other agreements entered into in connection with its implementation. Franchisee acts in his own name and on their own account, with his own accounting, bank account and responsibility for activities conducted and hiring employees. Medshop.One requires all franchisees to act in accordance with the law and ethical principles required in business. Franchisee himself is a measure of his success through his work, initiative and commitment, even increasing further action on the ground, (eg. By increasing the net of salesmen, sub-distributors, active participation in tenders)

The described process takes about 5-6 months, including training period for about 1-2 months. At each of the steps described both Medshop.One and the franchisee candidate can opt to continue the application process. All meetings are held with the candidate in Warsaw and Wocław, Medshop.One headquarters in Poland. The three-day discussion is held at the headquarters of Medshop.One. Medshop.One's two-month training is organized in the branch located closer to the place of residence of the Medshop.One candidate (training is not feasible in the place of residence of the franchisee).

The condition of holding the three-day talks and training is the conclusion of signing  the relevant agreement and obtaining and presenting all the relevant documents required.


The whole recruitment process is carried out at the expense of the candidate, ie. he covers the costs of travel, accommodation, meals and do not receive any payment for the time spent at the place of training. In addition, the training requires a deposit for the available training materials in the amount of $ 15,000. The deposit is not refundable regardless of the outcome of recruitment.

Offer

Offer At the final stage of training for the franchisee candidate, he receives an offer from the franchise terminal information.

The offer includes, among others, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

Including the offer, the candidate receives a story and an example of revenues and expenses obtained in Medshop.One for the past three years or less, if the license branch operates for less than three years.

Training

Training for the franchisee candidate is held for gaining practical and theoretical knowledge directly in the office or branch of Medshop.One and theoretical courses. The whole training cycle lasts approx. two months, a minimum of 2 hours per week. The training program involves the preparation of the franchisee in such a way, to make him able to open a business in his country and start selling.


TRAINING IS DIVIDED IN THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

STEP 2 - Training in magazine preparation, application handling, software, pre-implementation

Starting from Stage 1. practical trainings are completed by three- or four-day theoretical courses. In the whole process of training the candidate takes part in three such courses. The candidate's progress is verified by the qualification tests for individual courses and the final tests. Passing the test is a prerequisite for the transition to the next stage of training.

Expenses

EXPENSES TO BE INCURRED by the franchisee IN CONNECTION WITH the MEDSHOP.ONE License:

Initial License Fee in the amount of USD 50 000 (PLN equivalent of the average NBP exchange rate ruling at the date of payment).
Deposit Guarantee amounting to 20 000 (equivalent of PLN NBP average exchange rates applicable at the date of payment) to hedge future Medshop.One receivables. Guarantee Deposit is not interest bearing and refundable at the end of the franchise agreement.
Buying and stocking up on medical products, and office and warehouse equipment in the amount of 200,000 to $ 1,500,000. Price of the branch equipment is not constant because it depends on the volume of sales obtained so far in the country - the greater the number of the population, the higher the price stocking. When starting a new branch the franchisee buys equipment directly from approved suppliers of Medshop.One.
